Discussion: The Resurrection of Jim Crow

by rcs1

Digg!

ePluribus Media staff writers and researchers Cho, Roxy, Standingup, Aaron Barlow and wanderindiana document the details of how the Voting Section of the Civil Rights Division flipped 180 degrees under the new Section Chief John Tanner.

Read their article, Resurrecting Jim Crow: The Erratic Resume of the Voting Section Chief, and let them know your conclusions!

To see how orchestrated this assault has been, read their earlier piece The Voting Rights Act, Voter Disfranchisement and the Tail Wagging the Dog

to prevent Voter Fraud.

Interesting tidbit from the Department of Justice. According to their own records a huge, whopping total of 86 individuals have been convicted of Voter Fraud in the five years since the Department of Justice began its new Initiative to crack down on the storm troops of dead people voting.

In the words of Justice, with bolding by me:

As a result of the Initiative, nationwide enforcement of election crimes has increased dramatically. At present, 195 investigations are pending throughout the country. Moreover, since the start of the Initiative in 2002 over 300 investigations of possible election crime have been opened, and over 125 election crime matters have been closed after investigation; 119 individuals have been charged with ballot fraud offenses and86 individuals have been convicted of these crimes; and 48 individuals have been charged with campaign financing fraud and 42 individuals have been convicted of these offenses.
Wow! 86 convictions of voter fraud in five years... that's like 20 dead people voting caught and convicted each year. 20 people out of 295,734,134 people living in the United States (July 2005 estimate). Stunning problem, that Voter Fraud.

of only a certain political persuasion. From From Kelli Arena, CNN Washington Bureau Congress probes allegations of politicized hiring
Congressional investigators are looking into new allegations a top official at the Justice Department illegally hired career lawyers based on their political affiliations.

Investigators are focusing on Bradley Schlozman, a former top official in the department's Civil Rights Division, who recently returned to Washington after serving as interim U.S. attorney in Kansas City, Missouri.

But Ty Clevenger, a former Justice Department employee, said Schlozman ordered him to remove information identifying him as a Republican from his paperwork when he applied for a job. And Richard Ugelow, a former Justice lawyer, said the department has been hiring "people who have certain political persuasion and only a certain political persuasion" in recent years.

"That's not healthy for enforcement of the nation's civil rights laws," said Ugelow, who now teaches law at Washington's American University.
