Who is Mark Connor? (5.00 / 1) (#1)

The "McNulty letter" McKay sent has someone named Mark Connor (MAC) almost incensed with him.

Mike: I believe McKay is way out of line here. This document was drafted under the guise of an info sharing working for the AGAC - and it was directed to the DAG. Internal deliberations and policy recommendations should not be shared outside of the Department unless so authorized by the DAG. I don't know what McKay's motives are, but this is embarrassing and outrageous. . MAC

Connor is on the cc of the original email that went out from McKay's office to the working group and a host of other people. Connor does not have any sort of DOJ/Gov't desgination behind his name. I wonder what role he has here? Does he have the authority to make this a bigger problem for McKay?

are providing a demo and recommendations to the DAG tomorrow. I have communicated some
concerns re the McKay/NCIS proposals to the DAD, PADAG, and Chief of Staff. I have also
recommended the DAG meet with OCIO and me next week to discuss the recommendations. I do
riot envision the DAG endorsing the recommendations this week. I think we need to be
