I've been waiting for the final word on this debacle. As it turns out 65 airmen were decertified from handling nuclear weapons and 4 officers were relieved of command. (I count 69...)
Investigators find widespread disregard for rules on handling such weapons The missiles were supposed to be taken to Louisiana, but the warheads were supposed to have been removed beforehand. Well I must say I just feel so much better now....annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnwwwtttt!!!!!!! No more making up your own rules when it comes to nukes! Somewhere someone has their fingers crossed!
