Changing how comments display

Someone asked me how they could change their display options to show all the comments all at once without having to click each one.to see how, more below the fold.

You can change your displaypreferences by:
  1. clicking on the [Your User ID] Preferences link in the right menu.

  2. Once on your Preferences screen, click Comments the last link on the right at the top of the page.

  3. when the comments options page displays, as shown below, select nested to have them display all "exposed" and indented to show what comment is a reply to what post.
    Of course, you can select other display options as you prefer.

Should have nested as a default, as the previous comment display (theaded--whatever it was) was driving me out of my mind!

You should have nested comments as your default now, logged in or not.
