Another of the "little brown ones" gets in trouble with the law in Texas. John Ellis (Jebby) Bush Jr., the youngest son of Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and Dudya's nephew, was busted in Texas for public intoxication and resisting arrest.
Jebby, 21, allegedly wobbled up to Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission agents and Austin police on duty on Austin's 6th Street, the city's downtown entertainment district.

According to the Austin-Statesman, bail was set at $2,500, and was later released on Friday "on his own recognizance." Unlike his cousin, First Daughter, Jenna Bush, Jebby is able to pay a $2,500 fine to not appear in court.
The affidavit for the resisting arrest said Bush continually pushed against a TABC officer who was trying to handcuff him. "Subject further resisted by pushing back with his body as he was restrained at the [Austin PD] transport van," it said. TABC Capt. David Ferrero told reporters Bush had approached a group of TABC and Austin police officers and asked about an earlier arrest of people he knew and was observed to be intoxicated. Agents did not know his identity until after they had arrested him and looked at his driver's license, which was issued in Florida. "He was observed to be a danger to himself and others," Ferrero said. Code talk for Jebby got VIP treatment. Young Bush got a cut on the chin and was treated at a local hospital. Alia Faraj, spokeswoman for Jeb Bush, told the New York Daily News, "the incident 'is a personal family matter" that the governor and his wife "are dealing with privately.'" So who was Jebby asking about? Could he have been asking about the arrests of his cousins? Texas cops did nail President Bush's twin daughters - Barbara and Jenna - three times for underage drinking - Jenna twice and Barbara once.
Jebby, is not the first of the "little brown ones," - the famous reference George Senior used to point out his grandchildren to Ronald and Nancy Reagan - to be arrested. In Jan 2002, Noelle Bush, Jebby's sister, was charged with prescription fraud. Then back in Sept, 2002, is caught again but this time is found with a Crack-Cocaine like substance at the drug rehabilitation center she was attending. She was later sentenced 10 days in jail for contempt of court. One would think, the youngest of the "little brown ones" would not follow in the footsteps of his sister and perfer to follow those of his older brother, George P Bush. But, then again, it could be a case of sibling rivalry, since George P can do no wrong.
