Barbara Barrett/McClatchy:  U.S. explores ocean winds, waves, currents as new energy sources  ". . . the Bush administration wants to tap the ocean's winds, waves and currents for alternative energy."

While the rest of the world has recognized, researched, debugged, and advanced "OTO" (other-than-oil) energy production, the Man Who Thinks He's King, along with his faithful advisors Dog & Pony, awoke sometime in the past few weeks with the understanding that "passing wind" through turbines meant more than farting in a fan.  Glory be.
